Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients through a deep understanding of their objectives and our capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement by introducing new ways of working that enhance delivery efficiency and product quality.
Maintain clear project reporting and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Support live sporting events when required, acting as a key escalation point during critical delivery periods.
Mentor and support other Project Managers, helping to develop best practices across the team.
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience managing software or digital product projects.
Strong experience delivering web, mobile, SaaS, or data-driven technology solutions.
Ability to confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining delivery quality.
Passion for mentoring others and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Why Join Beyond Sports?
Work on innovative products used by some of the world's leading sports organisations.
Be part of a global Sony Sports business at the forefront of sports technology.
Collaborate with talented teams across Product, Design, Engineering, and Delivery.
Play a key role in delivering experiences that reach millions of sports fans worldwide.
Access opportunities for personal development, growth, and career progression.
If you're passionate about delivering exceptional digital products and want to help shape the future of sport through technology, we'd love to hear from you.
