(Junior) Accounting Manager (m/w/d)
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du erfasst und prüfst Eingangsrechnungen und sorgst für eine ordnungsgemäße Verarbeitung im System.
- Du unterstützt im Bereich Mahnwesen und Inkasso und behältst offene Posten im Blick.
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen der group24 und ihrer Nebengesellschaften mit.
- Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen, insbesondere im Bereich KI und Digitalisierung.
- Du übernimmst allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben und unterstützt bei täglichen Abläufen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.
DEIN PROFIL
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium, beispielsweise im Bereich Büromanagement, als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste Berufserfahrung von 1 bis 2 Jahren im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen sammeln. Gerne geben wir aber auch motivierten Berufseinsteigern die Möglichkeit, bei uns durchzustarten.
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen.
- Teamwork makes the dream work: Du arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen und bringst Dich aktiv ins Team ein.
- Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit den Microsoft Office Anwendungen.
- Du interessierst Dich für digitale Prozesse, Automatisierung und moderne KI-Lösungen im Finanzbereich.
