Wir suchen dich – einen motivierten und leidenschaftlichen Site Reliability Engineer.

Wir lassen die großen Visionen unserer Kund*innen Wirklichkeit werden und helfen ihnen dabei die Digitalisierung in Deutschland voranzutreiben. Dabei setzen wir auf unsere Begeisterung für Software-Engineering, Open Source und agiles Mindset.
- Du betreibst und verantwortest unsere Entwicklungs- und Infrastrukturplattform auf Basis von Kubernetes, Pulumi / Terraform und Cloud-nativen Technologien mit einem klaren Fokus auf Stabilität, Zuverlässigkeit und langfristiger Wartbarkeit.
- Du arbeitest eng an der Schnittstelle zwischen Softwareentwicklung und Infrastruktur und bringst ein solides Verständnis für Softwarearchitektur und -entwicklung in die Plattformarbeit ein.
- Du automatisierst Infrastrukturprozesse konsequent und trägst aktiv dazu bei, manuelle Aufwände zu reduzieren und den Betrieb langfristig wartbar zu gestalten.
- Du sorgst für ein belastbares Monitoring und Alerting, sodass Probleme frühzeitig sichtbar werden
- Du übernimmst eine aktive Rolle im Incident Management, analysierst Vorfälle strukturiert, behebst Ursachen nachhaltig und sorgst dafür, dass gewonnene Erkenntnisse direkt in die Weiterentwicklung der Plattform einfließen.
- Du bist im Rahmen unserer regulären Arbeitszeiten als Ansprechperson erreichbar und stellst damit sicher, dass kritische Vorfälle schnell und zuverlässig adressiert werden.
Das bringst du mit
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und dem Betrieb von Cloud-nativen Plattformen und Infrastrukturen
- Tiefgreifendes Know-how in Kubernetes - von der Konzeption über den Aufbau bis zum produktiven Betrieb komplexer Cluster-Umgebungen
- Erfahrung mit Infrastructure-as-Code-Tools, insbesondere Pulumi und / oder Terraform
- Verständnis für moderne Softwareentwicklungsprinzipien, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in Python
- Sicheres Urteilsvermögen und eine pragmatische Herangehensweise an komplexe technische Herausforderungen, auch in zeitkritischen Situationen
- Offenheit für Rufbereitschaft innerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
