Warehouse & Operations Supervisor
ATC is a global logistics, white-glove, and technical services specialist for data centers. For over 45 years, we’ve helped deliver Europe’s data centers safely, securely, and right the first time. Our work includes specialist IT transport and relocations, as well as full data center commissioning and decommissioning.
As part of the Arvato Group, we benefit from the strength, scale, and global expertise of one of the world’s leading supply chain and technology partners. What truly sets us apart, however, is our people. We invest in training, development, and continuous improvement, and we take pride in building long-term relationships with our clients and teams across Europe.
This Role
Are you highly motivated, hands-on, and ready to take ownership in a fast-paced operational environment?
We are looking for a Warehouse & Operations Supervisor to support and lead our warehouse and data centre logistics activities. In this role, everyone understands the full picture – from inbound to outbound, from stock accuracy to supporting technical operations.
While your main focus is warehousing and logistics, you will occasionally support deliveries to data centres and assist on-site with basic installation or operational tasks. Flexibility, reliability and team spirit are key.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, internal flows), coordinate logistics activities related to data centre operations, including deliveries and on-site support, and ensure processes are executed in line with defined procedures and priorities. - Performance Monitoring
Monitor team and operational performance using relevant KPIs (e.g., productivity, accuracy, service levels), identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to optimize workflows. - Training & Team Development
Take responsibility for the training, instruction and onboarding of new employees and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards. Act as a role model by working hands-on when required. - Operational & Data Centre Support
Ensure high standards in warehouse execution, inventory accuracy, and system bookings, oversee documentation, reporting, and checklist completion, and support and coordinate data centre logistics tasks such as equipment deliveries, staging, and basic on-site activities in collaboration with technical teams.
