Als Social Media Manager:in & Content Creator:in bei Treatwell bringst du unsere Community auf das nächste Level. Du antwortest smart auf Nachrichten, checkst neue Follower, kommentierst, reagierst und platzierst Content, der durch die Decke geht – immer mit dem Ziel, unsere Reichweite zu pushen.
Du entwickelst eigene kreative Content-Formate, hast Trends schneller auf dem Schirm als der Algorithmus scrollen kann und zeigst vor der Kamera die neusten Beauty-Treatments und coolsten Salons. Wenn’s im Marketing-Team brennt, bist du am Start und packst mit an.
Kurz: Du machst Treatwell online lauter, sichtbarer und einfach mehr.
- Tiefes Verständnis für TikTok & Social Media - von Trends, Sounds und Formaten bis hin zu Storytelling, weil Online-Zeit für dich ganz normal ist
- Berlin-based
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Produktion von Kurzvideos und Content für Social Media sowie sichere Editing-Skills (idealerweise in CapCut oder ähnlichen Tools) – kombiniert mit einem hohen ästhetischen Anspruch und einem Blick fürs Detail
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media / Content Creation (egal ob beruflich oder für deine eigenen Accounts) und ein gutes Gespür dafür, welche Inhalte auf TikTok funktionieren
- Eine echte Hands-on-Mentalität: Anpacken, ausprobieren, optimieren – ganz ohne lange Umwege
- Erfahrung vor und hinter der Kamera, und sicher in der eigenständigen Umsetzung von Aufnahmen
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, starke Beauty-Affinität, viel Experimentierfreude sowie Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und fließende Englischkenntnisse
