In Zürich bieten wir dir gleich drei spannende Arbeitsorte: das 25hours Hotel Zürich West, das 25hours Hotel Zürich Langstrasse und per Ende Juli 2025 das erste Mama Shelter Hotel direkt beim Bahnhof Oerlikon. Beide 25hours Hotels erzählen ihre eigene Geschichte – so auch unsere Kollegen. Unser Ambiente ist multikulti unsere Philosophie unkonventionell. Wie schaut dein Arbeitstag aus...
- Markenbotschafter der 25hours Hotels und Mama Shelter: Aufbau und Pflege von persönlichen Kundenkontakten sowie Hauptansprechpartner für Geschäftspartner und Kunden im entsprechenden Geschäftssegment
- Neukundenaquise und Bestandeskundenpflege für die Segmente Corporates. Consortia/TMC /FIT & Leisure Contracting via Telefon und Aktivitäten
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Jahresplänen, Aktionen und Aktivitäten
- Repräsentation der Hotels auf Messen, Networking Veranstaltungen sowie Sales Calls und Events
- Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung und -analyse
- Durchführung von Hausführungen
- Entwickeln von Strategien und Massnahmen zur Steigerung des Unternehmenserfolges in Absprache mit den Departements Sales, Marketing und Revenue
- CRM-Pflege, administrative Sales-Tätigkeiten und Follow-Ups
- Mitgestaltung, Aufgleisung und Planung sämtlicher Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben, welche im Zusammenhang mit der Neueröffnung des Mama Shelters stehen
