Kaufmännische Assistenz / Administration (m/w/d) in Teilzeit
paselo ist ein junges, schnell wachsendes Unternehmen für hochwertige Ergänzungsfuttermittel für Hunde. Unsere Mission: Die Gesundheit und Lebensfreude von Hunden nachhaltig zu fördern – mit natürlichen, laborgeprüften Produkten, die wissenschaftlich fundiert sind und von Tierhaltern geschätzt werden.
Um dieses Wachstum strukturiert voranzutreiben, suchen wir eine zuverlässige und vielseitige Unterstützung, die nicht nur klassische Assistenzaufgaben übernimmt, sondern generalistisch arbeitet, Verantwortung übernimmt und dort anpackt, wo es gerade gebraucht wird.
Gesucht wird jemand, der 15 Stunden pro Woche (3h / Tag) unterstützen kann.
Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (Telefon/E-Mail)
- Terminplanung, Dateiablage und Fristenmanagement (Wiedervorlagen, Dokumente)
- Strukturierte Ablage und Bereitstellung von Unterlagen für das Steuerbüro
- Betreuung und Akquise von neuen Partnern in Zeiten von Leerlauf
- Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Behörden
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung (> 5 Jahre)
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten, insbesondere am Telefon
- Eigenständigkeit und Organisationsstärke
