Als Product Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest Du die Weiterentwicklung unserer SaaS-Lösung für die Immobilienverwaltung (App & Plattform) in Deutschland. Du setzt die richtigen Prioritäten, arbeitest eng mit unseren Teams in Deutschland und Paris zusammen und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für den deutschen Markt.
Deine Aussichten:
Vergütung: 55.000–75.000 € brutto pro Jahr, abhängig von Deiner Erfahrung.

Deine Rolle bei Matera:
Du entwickelst die Produktvision und -strategie für Deutschland auf Basis von Daten, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
Du priorisierst und verantwortest die Produkt-Roadmap in enger Abstimmung mit den deutschen Teams
Du setzt Roadmap-Themen gemeinsam mit Tech, Design, GenAI und Operations um
Du erstellst und pflegst PRDs mit klarer Begründung, Kontext und KPI-Zielen
Du koordinierst Releases, Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
Du misst den Produkterfolg, kommunizierst Ergebnisse und leitest Optimierungen ab
Was du mitbringst:
Must Have: Du sprichst Deutsch und Französisch auf C2 Niveau.
Du lebst in Berlin und arbeitest gerne regelmäßig im Büro mit den Teams
Du hast 1–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im Start-up-Umfeld
Du nutzt KI selbstverständlich in Deinem PM-Alltag für Analyse, Automatisierung und Prototyping
Du fühlst Dich in einem schnellen, dynamischen Umfeld wohl und treibst Themen eigenständig voran
Du arbeitest strukturiert, kommunizierst klar und kollaborierst teamübergreifend
