Senior Product Manager (BAD Product)

You’ll tackle the complex web of purchases, subscriptions, organization administration, and usage-based services, making sure our customers have a smooth, coherent experience every step of the way.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with engineering, design, analytics, QA, and BAD Platform, as well as Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams. You’ll have the autonomy to drive product discovery, validate hypotheses through data and experimentation, and define the long-term vision for our licensing and administration ecosystem.</p> <p>Day to day, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BAD Product systems.</li> <li>Uncover user friction through customer research, support data, telemetry, and feedback from internal teams.</li> <li>Map and improve end-to-end customer journeys covering purchasing, subscriptions, licensing, and administration.</li> <li>Identify gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies across sub-systems to build a clear, unified user experience.</li> <li>Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and QA from early discovery through launch and continuous iteration.</li> <li>Define and track key product metrics for adoption, conversion, and support demand.</li> <li>Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and progress clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>An ownership mindset, taking responsibility for outcomes, not just task completion.</li> <li>A clear focus on underlying problems and desired outcomes rather than immediate feature requests.</li> <li>Comfort with technical complexity, trade-offs, and systems thinking.</li> <li>A preference for quality, long-term sustainability, and user trust over short-term fixes.</li> <li>The ability to make grounded decisions using customer research, analytics, and experimentation.</li> <li>Strong collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams and distinct business areas.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you’ll need</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A proven track record of managing technically complex SaaS, enterprise, or B2B product areas end to end.</li> <li>Hands-on experience driving product discovery, user research, and roadmap prioritization.</li> <li>Experience navigating complex customer journeys, multi-team dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience making data-informed decisions using telemetry, product metrics, and experimentation.</li> <li>The ability to work comfortably alongside engineering teams on technical details, APIs, data models, and system integrations.</li> <li>Fluency in English.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What success looks like</strong></h2> <p>In practice, success means building a licensing and administration experience that feels seamless to the user and resilient under the hood.
