Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.</p> <p><strong>The job</strong></p></div><p>The Senior Product Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping complex, system-level design solutions that elevate user experiences across Flo’s app. Working within the User Centric stream on a 0→1 product initiative, this role combines deep expertise in interaction design, systemic thinking, and visual craft with the ability to architect scalable frameworks and influence product direction.<br><br>A key focus is the Virtual Clinic - an initiative aimed at closing the loop of care in female health by connecting tracking, insights, consultations, and follow-ups into one seamless experience within Flo.<br><br>As a senior individual contributor, the Senior Product Designer tackles the most challenging design problems, sets the quality bar for the team, and ensures designs are accessible, inclusive, and emotionally resonant.
