
Process Manager
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Principal Engineering Leader, the Process Manager is responsible for ensuring all Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) processes comply with the requirements of airworthiness authorities, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and customers. The role serves as the technical subject matter expert for special processes, ensuring the robustness and compliance of Machining, Plating, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Painting/ Sermetel, and Laboratory activities while supporting the Company's Policy Deployment objectives.
The Process Manager leads continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Sigma methodologies, provides technical expertise to resolve complex process-related issues, establishes new process capabilities, and collaborates across Value Streams to enhance operational excellence, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role also leads the Maintenance team to ensure the reliability, availability, and efficient operation of plant infrastructure, production machinery, and equipment to support business and operational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain robust MRO processes and special processes to ensure compliance with airworthiness authorities, OEM, customer, and regulatory requirements through regular audits, process monitoring, and corrective actions.
- Champion and standardize best practices across all Value Streams for special processes, including Lean Sigma, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Ergonomics, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Lead and drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Sigma methodologies to support Policy Deployment objectives and enhance quality, productivity, cost, and process capability.
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to resolve complex process-related issues involving the repair and overhaul of landing gears and associated components.
- Establish, validate, qualify, and certify new special process capabilities, including Machining, Plating, NDT, Painting/Sermetel, and Laboratory activities, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
- Develop technical competencies by providing training, coaching, and knowledge transfer to engineering, workshop, and process personnel.
- Lead the Maintenance team to ensure the reliability, availability, safety, and efficient operation of plant infrastructure, production machinery, equipment, and utilities.
- Plan and lead plant renovation, facilities improvement, equipment installation, and infrastructure upgrade projects to support operational and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to drive cross-functional improvements and achieve business objectives.
Job requirement:
- Engineering graduate (or Engineering graduate (or equivalent) combined with relevant experience in:

Professional experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in aerospace manufacturing, MRO, or a similar regulated industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of MRO operations, process management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma), with a proven track record of driving operational improvements.
