ARNE's retail vision is to redefine what shopping feels like. Every space we create embodies our ‘less is more’ approach, understated yet elevated, blending minimal, high-quality products with a store environment that’s anything but average. We’re challenging the traditional retail model and setting a new standard where exceptional design, accessible pricing and meaningful customer experiences sit side by side.

Following the hugely successful opening of our flagship store in Liverpool One, we’re excited to continue our retail journey with our pop-up activation at the Trafford Centre.

With that in mind, we’re looking for passionate, customer focused individuals to join our temporary Retail Team to help bring this vision to life. You’ll be the face of ARNE, welcoming customers, sharing our story, and delivering the kind of service and experience which we believe has been missing from the Retail space.

If you’re passionate about fashion, enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences, and want to be part of a brand that’s redefining retail, this is your opportunity to make an impact and help shape the future of ARNE.

Please note, this part time sales advisor position is a fixed-term contract, with an immediate start date.

  • Engage with customers to deliver exceptional in-store service throughout the full customer journey.
  • Build rapport with customers whilst identifying customer needs and recommend suitable products based on product knowledge, best sellers and new arrivals in store.
  • Confidently handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed on product launches, promotions, competitor activity, and retail trends to drive sales performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, promote key campaigns, and maintain high visual standards.
  • Operate tills accurately and responsibly, processing purchases, refunds, and exchanges in line with store policy and procedures
  • Support loss prevention by remaining vigilant on the shop floor.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers confidently.
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, with a strong understanding of excellent customer service.
  • Competent in using point-of-sale systems, processing transactions accurately, and handling cash responsibly.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adapt quickly to change, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards across the store.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
