About the Role:
Due to our exciting growth plans, we are seeking a switched on and meticulous individual to fulfill a Development Planning Specialist position, focusing on our Marsden Park site (set to be the largest data centre campus in the Southern Hemisphere, once completed). Working alongside a Development Planning Lead - this position will play a crucial role within our Construction team, supporting with the maintenance of overarching schedules, reporting and analytics, resource allocation metrics, and trend analysis, ultimately assisting with overall project delivery efficiency.
- Support the maintenance of a centralised system for project scheduling, reporting, and analytics.
- Gather and analyse relevant project data - such as schedules, progress updates, and resource utilisation metrics.
- Conduct scenario development, predictive modeling, and other key pieces of analyses as required.
- Prepare key reporting elements (e.g. progress summaries, dashboards, milestone updates).
- Assist in reviewing schedules, critical paths, and dependencies, aiming to identify potential risks and schedule impacts.
- Coordinate with project teams to support schedule update, resourcing matters, and process improvements.

About You:
The ideal candidate possesses a background combining strong knowledge in Primavera P6, with a sound understanding of construction sequencing and associated terminology. Holding demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, and analytics across complex projects; we are seeking an individual who is deadline-focused in nature, with the stakeholder management skillset to effectively communicate with key internal and external parties to help in driving outcomes.
Essential:
Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
