About the role
An opportunity has arisen to join the Dividends Team in Client Services. The purpose of the role is to reconcile, receipt, and credit Dividends to our clients. Candidates must be available to join immediately for this role.
In the role, the successful candidate will:
- Ensure all Dividends are recorded to client accounts in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with current regulations and controls;
- Ensure all market claim situations relating to Dividends are recorded and settled;
- Ensure any client’s dividend entitlement is protected as required;
- Receipt electronic dividend pre-advices from the various company paying agents and to liaise with internal teams to confirm receipt of funds;
- Reconcile, as required and at a minimum on a weekly basis, all internal Dividend accounts;
- Assist in the development, implementation and subsequent monitoring of Management Information and Control Reporting mechanisms.
