CMM-Programmierer mit Qualitätsverantwortung (m/w/d)
PolyTALENT unterstützt einen stark wachsenden Partner in Hamburg bei der Besetzung dieser verantwortungsvollen Position als Quality & Metrology Lead / Qualitätsingenieur Messtechnik (m/w/d).
Du verantwortest die komplette Messtechnik und Qualitätssicherung am Standort Hamburg – von der CMM-Programmierung und Erstmusterprüfung bis zur Analyse von Abweichungen und Audit-Vorbereitung.
Dabei baust du die QS-Strukturen von Grund auf mit auf, definierst Prüf- und Messstrategien und sorgst dafür, dass Qualitätsdaten direkt in die Fertigung zurückfließen. Eine hands-on Rolle mit viel Eigenverantwortung: Du programmierst, misst, bewertest und gibst Bauteile selbst frei.

Aufgaben
Programmierung, Optimierung und Pflege von CMM-/KMG-Prüfprogrammen, z. B. in PC-DMIS oder Zeiss Calypso
Durchführung von Erstmusterprüfungen, Wareneingangs-, Zwischen- und Endprüfungen
Bewertung komplexer Bauteile nach technischer Zeichnung, GD&T und ISO-GPS
Festlegung von Messstrategien, Bezugssystemen, Spannkonzepten und Prüfabläufen
Analyse von Messdaten sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen bei Maß-, Form- und Lageabweichungen
Freigabe von Bauteilen und direkte Rückkopplung an Fertigung, Zerspanung und CAM
Überwachung, Kalibrierung und Verwaltung von Messmitteln und Prüfmitteln
Aufbau und Pflege von Prüfplänen, FAI-Dokumentation und Qualitätsaufzeichnungen
Mitarbeit an EN 9100 / ISO 9001-konformen Prozessen und Auditvorbereitungen
Weiterentwicklung der internen Qualitätssicherung inklusive digitaler Nutzung von Mess- und Qualitätsdaten
Profil
Mehrjährige Praxis in der CMM-/KMG-Programmierung, 3D-Messtechnik oder industriellen Qualitätssicherung
Passender Hintergrund als Messtechniker (m/w/d), Qualitätsingenieur (m/w/d), Qualitätsprüfer (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
Sicherer Umgang mit PC-DMIS, Zeiss Calypso oder vergleichbarer CMM-Software
Erfahrung in Präzisionsfertigung, CNC-Zerspanung, Feinmechanik oder ähnlichen Produktionsumgebungen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Zeichnungslesen, GD&T, Form- und Lagetoleranzen sowie ISO GPS
Routine im Messen enger Toleranzen, auch im Bereich von ±0,01 mm und darunter
Praxis mit Portal-KMG, Handmessmitteln, Lehren und weiteren Prüfmethoden
Kenntnisse in FAI, EN 9102, AS9102, SPC oder Prozessfähigkeitsanalysen sind ein Plus
Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf Ursachenanalyse und Prozessverbesserung
Gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
