Addetto Manutenzione Su Macchinari Industriali
Il manutentore industriale, inserito nel comparto settore lattiero-caseario, si occuperà insieme a tutti gli altri componenti del team, della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria di impianti e macchinari utilizzati nella produzione, trasformazione e confezionamento di prodotti lattiero-caseari. Avrà il compito, collaborando con il proprio diretto responsabile, di garantire il corretto funzionamento delle attrezzature riducendo i tempi di fermo macchina, migliorando l'efficienza e assicurando la continuità produttiva; il tutto in conformità alle normative di sicurezza e igiene alimentare. **Responsabilità principali**: - Effettuare la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria su macchinari e impianti.
- Diagnosticare e risolvere guasti meccanici, elettrici ed elettronici.
- Collaborare con il team di manutenzione e con il team di produzione per ridurre i tempi di fermo macchina.
- Assicurarsi che gli impianti rispettino gli standard di sicurezza e le normative HACCP.
- Gestire la documentazione técnica relativa agli interventi di manutenzione.
- Supportare l’installazione di nuovi macchinari e l’aggiornamento tecnologico degli impianti. **Requisiti richiesti**: - **Formazione**: Diploma tecnico in meccanica, elettrotécnica, automazione industriale o equivalente.
- **Esperienza**: Precedente esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente nel settore lattiero-caseario o alimentare.
- **Competenze tecniche**: - Conoscenza di impianti di automazione industriale, sistemi pneumatici, oleodinamici e PLC.
- Capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici e disegni meccanici.
- Uso di strumenti diagnostici e di manutenzione.
- **Disponibilità**: Lavoro su turni, eventuale reperibilità per interventi urgenti e ad effettuare interventi straordinari in caso di necessità.
- **Conoscenza delle normative**: Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza sul lavoro e delle normative HACCP per l'industria alimentare. **Competenze trasversali**: - Problem-solving e capacità di analisi con attitudine alla diagnosi di guasti e alla risoluzione tempestiva dei problemi.
