Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) - in Voll- oder Teilzeit
ACE Advanced Composite Engineering – Wir realisieren Leichtbauteile aus Faserverbundwerkstoffen von der Konstruktion über Prototypen bis zur Serienfertigung für unsere erstklassigen Kunden aus der Automobil- und Luftfahrtbranche.

Deine Aufgaben
- Bearbeitung der Zeitwirtschaft sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung der Lohnabrechnung
- Erstellen von personalrelevanten Dokumenten z.B. Arbeitsverträge, Zeugnisse und Betriebsmitteilungen
- Allgemeine Personaladministration (Dokumentenmanagement, Pflege der Personalakten, BAV, Benefits, etc.)
- Unterstützung der HR Manager und dem Bewerbermanagement
- Mitwirken bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich
- Sicherer, erprobter Umgang mit MS Office
- Kenntnisse in Zeiterfassungssystemen (idealerweise Factorial) wünschenswert
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
