Als General Manager verantwortest du den gesamten Tagesbetrieb von Såndgøld — mit viel Gestaltungsfreiheit und direkter Berichtslinie an die Eigentümer, die dir bewusst Raum geben, den Betrieb selbstständig zu führen.

Führung und Einsatzplanung des Teams über alle Bereiche (Rezeption, Housekeeping, F&B, Technik/Außenanlagen)
Steuerung von Reservierungen, Auslastung und Servicequalität an allen Touchpoints
Budgetverantwortung, Kostenkontrolle, Lieferantenbeziehungen und Einkauf (Gästeservices, F&B, Outdoor-Equipment)
Umsetzung betrieblicher Standards, Einhaltung lokaler Vorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards
Gästefeedback- und Beschwerdemanagement
Mitarbeit an Marketing, Events und Packages, die zur alpinen Glamping-Marke passen

Der Arbeitsplatz ist vor Ort in Sand in Taufers (Campo Tures); administrative Aufgaben wie Reporting und Planung sind manchmal auch im Homeoffice möglich aber eine solche Rolle braucht viel Präsenz.

Die wichtigste Qualifikation: Du bist Gastgeber:in durch und durch — offen, kommunikativ, präsent, gern im Gespräch mit Gästen
Erfahrung im Hospitality- oder Lodging-Management, idealerweise in der Boutique-Hotellerie oder im Glamping-/Resortbereich
Führungsstärke und Freude daran, ein Team zu entwickeln
Allrounder-Mentalität und Hands-on-Spirit: Du bist der Boss, aber bei Såndgøld ist sich niemand für etwas zu schade — wenn jemand krank wird oder die Hochsaison ruft, packen alle mit an
Ruhe und Lösungsorientierung im Umgang mit Gästen, auch wenn's mal hakt
Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools, Reservierungs-/PMS-Systemen und Office-Software
Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift; Italienisch ist ein Plus, keine Voraussetzung
Bereitschaft, nach Südtirol zu ziehen — wir machen dir den Schritt leicht
