Als Junior Finance Manager (m/w/d) unterstützt du uns in verschiedenen Bereichen des Finance-Bereichs und übernimmst Verantwortung für zentrale Themen in Accounting, Controlling, Planung und Financial Reporting. Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzprozesse und -strukturen.
Dabei übernimmst du sowohl operative als auch analytische Aufgaben – von der Unterstützung im Monats- und Jahresabschluss über Budgetierung und Forecasting bis hin zur Analyse unserer finanziellen Entwicklung. Eine abwechslungsreiche, hands-on Rolle mit direktem Impact auf unser weiteres Wachstum.

Deine Aufgaben
- Als Junior Finance Manager erstellst und entwickelst du Business Cases und Finanzmodelle für unsere Agri-PV-Projekte und unterstützt bei der laufenden Unternehmensplanung.
- Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Controllings sowie der Unterstützung bei Budgetierung, Forecasting und Management Reporting.
- Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung eines modernen und effizienten Inhouse-Accountings
- Finanzierungs- und Beteiligungsmodelle werden von dir analysiert, wirtschaftlich bewertet und gemeinsam mit dem Team weiterentwickelt.
- Durch Ad-hoc-Analysen und die Aufbereitung relevanter Finanzkennzahlen schaffst du fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management.
- Gemeinsam mit verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern arbeitest du daran, Finanzprozesse und Datenstrukturen kontinuierlich zu verbessern und skalierbar aufzustellen.
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance, Accounting, Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung oder alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, Weiterbildung oder Zertifizierung im Bereich Accounting
- Erste relevante Praxiserfahrung im Finance-Bereich und/oder Accounting, beispielsweise durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder erste Berufserfahrung.
- Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Analyse komplexer wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel oder Google Sheets sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Erstellung oder Weiterentwicklung von Finanzmodellen.
- Grundkenntnisse in Controlling, Accounting und den Grundlagen des HGB / IFRS.
- Erste Kenntnisse in der Projektfinanzierung sind von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung oder Berührungspunkte mit erneuerbaren Energien, Photovoltaik oder projektbasierten Geschäftsmodellen sind ein Plus.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
