Als Full-Service-Anbieter übernehmen wir den gesamten Prozess – von der Planung über Netzanschluss und Installation bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme. Im Operations-Team sorgen wir dafür, dass unsere Projekte technisch sauber geplant und strukturiert umgesetzt werden. Bei uns erwartet dich ein junges, engagiertes Team und ein schönes Büro in Uni naher Lage in Schwabing.
Aufgaben
💡 Deine Rolle
Als Werkstudent oder Praktikant im Bereich Operations unterstützt du unser Projektteam bei der technischen und organisatorischen Umsetzung von Batteriespeicherprojekten. Du arbeitest eng mit Projektmanagement, technischen Planern und externen Partnern zusammen und begleitest Projekte von der Planung bis zur Übergabe.
⚡ Deine Aufgaben
- Planung von Batteriespeicherprojekten und Erstellung von Aufstellungskonzepten für BESS-Projekte in gängigen CAD-Programmen (bevorzugt ArchiCAD)
- Koordination baulicher Themen in der frühen Projektentwicklungsphase
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Fachplanern, dem Projektmanagement und externen Partnern
- Vorbereitung von Unterlagen, Lagepläne und Reports für interne und externe Abstimmungen
- Unterstützung im Projektmanagement, insbesondere bei Zeitplanung, Aufgabenverfolgung und Koordination
- Mitarbeit an operativen Verbesserungen und kleineren Sonderprojekten
Qualifikation
🎯 Dein Profil
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in – Werkstudententätigkeit oder Pflichtpraktikum möglich
- Studienrichtung idealerweise Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung mit CAD (bevorzugt ArchiCAD)
- Strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise sowie technisches Grundverständnis
- Klare Kommunikation, Teamfähigkeit und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Auch Berufseinsteiger und Studierende in niedrigeren Semestern sind willkommen – entscheidend sind CAD-Erfahrung und Lust, dich schnell einzuarbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
- Auch dual Studierende sind willkommen, sofern die Rahmenbedingungen passen
