Logistics Coordinator
POSITION: Logistics Coordinator REPORTS TO: Logistics Manager
OPPORTUNITIES
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who can support the day-to-day flow of goods, scheduling shipments, tracking orders, coordinating with carriers and warehouse teams, and resolving issues before they become delays. You must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE
- You have at least 1-2 years of work experience in transportation, logistics and/or relevant background (preferred)
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience working in a food manufacturing facility
THINGS YOU WILL DO…
- Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, and customers
- Track shipments in transit and proactively communicate delays, exceptions, or changes to stakeholders
- Prepare and review shipping documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on load scheduling, dock appointments, etc.
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the Logistics team
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and claims with carriers and customers
- Other duties as assigned
OTHER…
- You are willing to work flexible shifts to cover for vacations, sick days or leave if required
- You are willing to work occasional extra hours to address time-sensitive matters

Salary - 50,300 - 59,000
