- Deliver high-quality client outputs on time, more or less independently
- Play a key role in practice or firm-building activities

- Develop recommendations and initiate action from these to drive change
- Show willingness to step outside of comfort zone and take on new challenges
- Master VRM and business case development across a variety of subject areas
- Construct simple, complete, compelling business cases to support recommendations
- Master facilitation and meeting skills, both on the client site as well as internally within your project groups
- Develop an understanding of different decision-making styles and what drives decisions being made from client to client
- Master basic design thinking and prototyping skills in order to incorporate design thinking into client work
- Lead discussions with clients at peer or team lead level
