Le risorse selezionate collaboreranno con il District Manager al fine di sviluppare l'area assegnata, incrementando le vendite e consolidando la rete commerciale attraverso la collaborazione con il reparto HR aziendale. Inoltre, affiancheranno e formeranno le risorse assegnate, analizzando le performance dell'area e mettendo in atto le manovre correttive necessarie.
