**Main duties & responsibilities**: - Manage Front Desk operations according to company policies while maintaining high service standards.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Anticipate guests' needs and address any complaints effectively.
- Perform cash and credit transactions as required.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. **Requirements**: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.
- Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of service.
