Transition Manager - Technical Change Leadership @ Belvedere Recruitment
- 6-8 years of experience managing large-scale technical change projects
- Proven ability to create change and communication plans for complex technical transitions
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Broad understanding of technical domains including PC and OS management, networking technologies, authentication concepts, M365 applications and VDI
- Ability to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing
- Experience working with Microsoft suite tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint
- Experience designing communications for varied audiences with different needs
- Comfortable presenting to and leading meetings with stakeholders at different levels
- Strong attention to detail for tracking and documentation
- Fluency in English (essential)
- PROSCI or similar change management certification (desirable)
- German language skills (desirable)

Position Overview
As a Transition Manager, you'll play a central role in guiding end users through large-scale technical changes. You'll bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical audiences, creating clear communication strategies and change plans that support successful adoption. Your work will directly impact how smoothly users transition through technical transformations, from initial planning through to completion. This role requires someone who can understand complex technical concepts and translate them into accessible guidance for diverse audiences.
