**Il tuo ruolo. Sarai responsabile**: - di effettuare i controlli della vista e della consulenza in materia di lenti a contatto;
- fornire ai clienti la migliore consulenza nello scegliere i prodotti più adatti per le loro esigenze;
- gestire le attività quotidiane del punto vendita con la massima professionalità e secondo le procedure aziendali;
- gestire resi, ordini, spedizioni, pagamenti ed eventuali reclami in modo professionale. Ti aspettiamo!
Hai maturato un’esperienza di lavoro, anche breve, all’interno di un contesto retail o in un ruolo a contatto con il pubblico.
Possiedi una elevata sensibilità commerciale e ti piace prenderti cura dei clienti e delle loro esigenze.
Hai ottime doti di relazione e comunicazione.
Impari velocemente e sei a tuo agio in un ambiente di lavoro dinamico in cui si lavora in team.
