Marketing & Social Media Executive

Together with our affiliated cafés and restaurants, we’re looking for acreative, energetic and hands-on Marketing & Social Media Executivewho loves content, social media, F&B and bringing brands to life.

YOUR ROLEAs our Marketing & Social Media Executive, you’ll support the day-to-day marketing activities across our outlets, with a strong focus onsocial media, content creation, events and brand storytelling.
You’ll have the opportunity to get hands-on with:
SOCIAL MEDIA- Assist in managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Plan and schedule weekly content around promotions, events and campaigns
- Keep up with social media trends and identify opportunities for engaging content
- Respond to comments and messages and help build our online community
- Capture photos and videos of our food, drinks, spaces, events and behind-the-scenes moments
- Create Reels, TikToks, Stories and short-form videos
- Assist with simple graphics and promotional materials
- Edit content using tools such asCapCut, Canvaand other basic editing apps
- Occasionally appear on camera and help bring our brands to life
- Attend events at Monk’s Brew Club and affiliated outlets to capture content
- Document key moments, guest interactions and event highlights
- Support launches, promotions, collaborations and special events
- Be comfortable working on-site during busy periods and events
- Assist with updating website content such as menus, events and promotions
- Support basic email marketing campaigns
- Assist with influencer outreach, partnerships and community initiatives
- Contribute ideas to campaigns and help execute marketing activities from concept to completion
- Currently studying or recently graduated inMarketing, Communications, Media, Designor a related field
- Passionate aboutsocial media, content creation, food, coffee and lifestyle brands
- Comfortable taking photos and videos
- Willing to occasionally appear on camera
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok trends and short-form content
- Comfortable with basic tools such asCapCut and Canva
- Creative, proactive, organised and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving F&B environment
- A team player who enjoys being out and about rather than sitting behind a desk all day
No prior full-time experience is required.What matters most to us is your creativity, enthusiasm, curiosity and willingness to learn.
