Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Logistik & Versand

Unsere Tochtergesellschaft, die Triathlon Batterien GmbH, ist eine hochmoderne Produktionsstätte für Traktionsbatterien mit Sitz in Glauchau / Sachsen und Saalburg / Thüringen. Als zuverlässiger Partner stehen wir unseren Kunden in allen Projektphasen von der ersten Beratung und Planung bis zur Herstellung und Montage des Batteriesystems zur Seite.
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Logistik & Versand für Bleisäurebatterien in Saalburg-Ebersdorf.
Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Erstellung von Kommissionierungslisten, Lieferscheinen, Speditionsaufträgen mittels ERP-System
- Berechnung von Frachten nach internen Vorgaben unter Kosten- und Nutzenanalyse
- Anmeldung von Versandware bei Spediteuren
- Kontrolle der Lagerbestände im ERP-System
- Durchführung und Mitwirkung von Inventuren
- Kontrolle und Ablage von Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen
- Kommunikation mit angrenzenden Abteilungen, Kund:innen und Spediteuren
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung - Speditionskauffrau/-mann
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Logistik und Versand wünschenswert
- erste Erfahrung in der Materialdisposition
- gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook) sowie mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
- fließende Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache, grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
- strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
