A luxury safari lodge in the Timbavati is searching for an exceptional **Senior lodge couple** to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a couple who complement each other's strengths and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a luxury safari environment.
**Position 1 – Trails Guide**
We're looking for a qualified **Trails Guide** who is passionate about the bush and guest experience. While this can be a more junior guide, the successful candidate **must hold a valid Trails Guide qualification** and have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to grow.
**Position 2 – Food & Beverage / Lodge Operations**
The second partner should have **strong Food & Beverage experience** with a solid understanding of luxury lodge operations. This person will oversee the kitchen and F&B department, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.
✨ **We're looking for a couple with:**
• A qualified Trails Guide (junior candidates welcome)
• Strong Food & Beverage management experience
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, stock control and food service standards
• Experience maintaining exceptional hospitality standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on, team-focused approach
• A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and lodge life
**Salary:** Highly negotiable for the right couple and dependent on experience and suitability.
