Management Trainee - Operations
**Sede di lavoro**: Milano (rotazione tra ufficio e punti vendita, con periodo di formazione presso la sede centrale in Cina) **Descrizione del ruolo** Il/la Management Trainee - Operations parteciperà attivamente alle attività di **gestione operativa e retail** di MINISO Italia.
Durante il programma di formazione, la risorsa verrà coinvolta in progetti trasversali e in rotazione tra diverse aree funzionali. **Principali responsabilità**: - Supportare la gestione operativa dei negozi e delle attività retail di MINISO Italia;
- Collaborare con gli Area Manager e Store Manager nelle attività di vendita, gestione stock e ottimizzazione del visual merchandising;
- Partecipare all’analisi dei dati di vendita, all’esecuzione delle campagne promozionali e ai progetti di miglioramento dell’efficienza operativa;
- Svolgere rotazioni formative in aree quali **store operations, logística, marketing, HR e amministrazione**;
- Completare i programmi di formazione stabiliti dal gruppo, inclusi periodi di **training presso la sede centrale in Cina**. **Requisiti** **Formazione**: - Laurea triennale o magistrale; preferenza per laureati/e di università riconosciute o internazionali. **Ambito di studi**: - Economia e commercio, management, marketing, lingue, business analysis o discipline affini. **Competenze linguistiche**: - Ottima conoscenza di cinese e inglese; la conoscenza dell’italiano sarà considerata un plus. **Competenze e attitudini**: - Buone capacità di pianificazione, organizzazione e comunicazione;
- Rapidità di apprendimento e capacità analitica;
- Spirito di iniziativa, responsabilità e orientamento ai risultati;
- Capacità di lavorare in ambienti dinamici e multitasking. **Carattere e valori**: - Semplicità, positività, integrità; condivisione dei valori e della cultura MINISO;
- Resilienza, ambizione e orientamento all’eccellenza. **Requisiti di permesso di soggiorno** È richiesto un **permesso di soggiorno valido** che consenta la firma di un contratto a tempo pieno (lavoro subordinato, soggiorno di lungo periodo o “attesa occupazione”).
