RESPONSABILE DI SALA PER CATENA RISTORAZIONE COMMERCIALE_L'AQUILA
La figura ricercata entrerà a far parte di un'importante realtà Leader nell’ambito del settore della Ristorazione Commerciale.
Si occuperà della supervisione e del supporto nella gestione del servizio di Cucina del Format Steak House storico del Gruppo.
Sarà inserito all’interno di un contesto professionalizzante ma allo stesso tempo giovane e dinamico.
Il Responsabile di Sala riporta direttamente al Vice Direttore del locale fornendo supporto costante alla sua attività e ponendosi come la figura di riferimento per la supervisione e il coordinamento della sala. Si occupa della supervisione del lavoro e dell’attività operativa sia relativamente alla sala, del training del personale presente all’interno del locale e dell’organizzazione e suddivisione dell’attività giornaliera;
supervisiona e verificala corretta applicazione delle procedure aziendali e delle norme HACCP e Sicurezza;
verifica che tutte le operazioni di apertura e chiusura del locale siano effettuate secondo procedura aziendale.
**Il Responsabile di Sala andrà a svolgere le seguenti attività**: - supervisione del team di sala composto dalle figure di Runner e delle attività legate al servizio.
- distribuisce e organizza le attività quotidiane legate al servizio di sala, svolgendo attività di training e affiancamento relativamente alle nuove risorse in ingresso.
- gestisce in prima persona eventuali criticità con i clienti, gestisce i pagamenti e supporta laddove richiesto il Vice Direttore nella gestione degli aspetti legati ad approvvigionamento merci e contatto con i fornitori. Per svolgere al meglio i suoi compiti, la figura ricercata è sicuramente una persona seria e precisa, empatica, carismatica, attenta ai bisogni del proprio team e degli ospiti, presenta ottime doti di leadership e comunicative ed è orientata a lavorare per obiettivi.
Indispensabile un’esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli di supervisione e coordinamento all’intero di locali e ristoranti preferibilmente appartenenti a gruppi di semi strutturati di Ristorazione Commerciale.
Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo determinato IV livello CCNL TURISMO PUBBLICI ESERCIZI
E’ previsto un sistema premiante sulla base del raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali
Orario di lavoro full time o part-time 30 ore settimanali su turni che prevedono orario spezzato almeno nel fine settimana
