(Senior) Content Creator (m/w/d)
Wir suchen am Standort Berlin eine:n Content Creator:in (w/m/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Creative-Teams. Die Rolle ist zunächst auf 18 Monate befristet.
Wir sind eine globale, socially-led Creative Agency mit über 1.300 Mitarbeitenden in 17 Büros weltweit. In einer Welt, in der Social Media Kultur prägt, helfen wir Marken dabei, Ideen zu entwickeln, über die Menschen sprechen.
Wir verstehen Online-Communities, Kulturen und Subkulturen über die gesamte Social Landscape hinweg. Zu unseren Kund:innen in Deutschland zählen unter anderem AUDI AG, Mercedes-Benz Trucks und Müller. We Are Social ist Teil der Plus Company.
Was beinhaltet die Rolle?
- Du entwickelst Social-first Ideen und Konzepte, die zur Plattform, Community und Kultur passen.
- Du produzierst Content end-to-end, von der ersten Idee über Dreh und Schnitt bis zum fertigen Content.
- Du verstehst Internetkultur, Communities und Trends und weißt, was gerade relevant ist und was als Nächstes kommen könnte.
- Du arbeitest an unterschiedlichsten Projekten für spannende Kund:innen, vom schnellen Social Content bis zu größeren Kampagnen und Shoots.
- Du betreust die Social Media Kanäle zusammen mit dem Team (v.a. Instagram und TikTok): Vom Community Management bis zur Redaktionsplanung.
- Du arbeitest hands-on, probierst Dinge aus und bekommst den kreativen Freiraum, deine Ideen wirklich umzusetzen.
Wonach suchen wir?
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Agentur-, Social- oder Content-Umfeld.
- Du lebst Social Media, Internet- und Popkultur und bewegst dich selbstverständlich auf den relevanten Plattformen.
- Du kannst aus einem Insight oder Trend eine starke Social-first Idee entwickeln – und sie auch umsetzen.
- Du kannst filmen und schneiden und weißt, was guten Video-Content auf Social ausmacht.
- Du bist neugierig, schnell im Kopf, hands-on und eigenständig und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Flexibilität - Yes please!: Hybrides Arbeiten vereint für uns die Vorteile des Home Offices mit denen des Arbeitens im Büro. Genau deswegen haben wir uns für einen 2/3 Split entschieden, der bedeutet, dass wir bei 40h mindestens 2 Tage vor Ort mit unseren Kolleg:innen und 3 Tage im Home Office arbeiten. But that’s not all! Darüber hinaus sind wir große Fans von Remote Arbeit. Deswegen hast du bei uns die Möglichkeit 20 Tage innerhalb Deutschlands und weitere 20 Tage innerhalb Europas remote zu arbeiten. Wenn du also kein großer Fan des Deutschen Winters bist, join us und du kannst diese Zeit in Portugal oder Griechenland genießen.
