Per il Romeo Hotel 5* lusso di **ROMA** siamo alla ricerca di un **Commis de partie**da inserire in pianta stabile, che avrà le seguenti mansioni: - Assistere lo chef de partie nella preparazione dei piatti
- Gestire la preparazione di tutte le pietanze, la pulizia e l’organizzazione della partita in gestione
- Preparare gli ingredienti per la composizione dei piatti
- Seguire tutte le norme e gli standard di igiene e sicurezza **Requisiti**: - Esperienza pregressa in ristoranti Stellati Michelin
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
