Test Coordinator @ Scalo
Kompetencje wymagane do realizacji usług:
- minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w obszarze testów oprogramowania, w tym co najmniej 1 rok w roli Koordynatora Testów lub Test Leadam
- doświadczenie w planowaniu, organizacji i koordynacji testów w projektach IT,
- doświadczenie we współpracy z biznesem oraz zespołami analitycznymi i developerskimi,
- znajomość metodyk testowania oprogramowania oraz cyklu życia wytwarzania oprogramowania (SDLC),
- umiejętność tworzenia strategii testów, planów testowych, scenariuszy oraz przypadków testowych,
- doświadczenie w prowadzeniu testów akceptacyjnych (UAT) z udziałem użytkowników biznesowych,
- praktyczna znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania testami i defektami (np. Jira, Xray, Zephyr, HP ALM lub podobne),
- umiejętność analizy wymagań biznesowych i przekładania ich na zakres testów,
- doświadczenie w raportowaniu postępu testów oraz ocenie ryzyk jakościowych,
- znajomość procesów zarządzania defektami, ich priorytetyzacji i monitorowania realizacji,
- znajomość metodyk Agile/Scrum.
Mile widziane:
- doświadczenie w projektach związanych z procesami reklamacyjnymi, obsługą klienta lub systemami CRM,
- znajomość podstaw automatyzacji testów oraz narzędzi wspierających QA.
