Strategic Delivery Manager

Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu

At 2degrees, we're building partnerships that help more Kiwi customers access great connectivity in new ways. That's where you come in.

As our Strategic Delivery Manager, you'll sit at the heart of one of our most significant strategic partnerships, bringing together people, plans and priorities to deliver exceptional outcomes. Working closely with both our partner and teams across 2degrees, you'll lead complex programmes of work while building strong, trusted relationships that create confidence and drive results.

One of your first priorities will be supporting the delivery of a major product proposition. You'll coordinate activity across technology, operations, customer care, finance, product and commercial teams, ensuring everyone is aligned, informed and focused on the same goal.

This role is a unique blend of programme leadership, relationship management and customer success. You'll help shape long-term delivery roadmaps, navigate competing priorities, solve problems before they become issues and create a seamless customer experience. You'll be the kind of person who enjoys turning complexity into clarity, building strong connections and keeping momentum moving when there are lots of moving parts.

If you thrive in environments where relationships matter as much as delivery, and where no two days look quite the same, we'd love to hear from you.

How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira
  • Significant experience leading complex programmes, strategic initiatives or customer-facing delivery portfolios, preferably in a technology, telecommunications, utilities or service-based environment.
  • A proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and customers, creating confidence through clear communication and reliable delivery.
  • Strong programme, project or delivery management experience, including planning, governance, reporting, dependency management and risk management.
  • The ability to bring people together around shared goals and create alignment across a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Comfort navigating challenging conversations, balancing customer needs with business priorities and finding practical solutions.
  • A calm, organised and structured approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
  • Strong commercial thinking and sound judgement when assessing trade-offs, risks and opportunities.
  • Curiosity, resilience and a continuous improvement mindset.
What you'll get | Ngā rauemi Manaakitanga
  • Flexible working options that support you to do your best work.
  • Plenty of opportunities to learn, grow and build a career you're proud of.
  • Discounts on 2degrees products and services, including a phone plan worth bragging about.
We know great people don't always meet every requirement listed in a job advert. If this role excites you and you believe you could make a positive contribution, we'd love to hear from you.

At 2degrees, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. We welcome applications from everyone, including people living with disabilities or who are neurodiverse. If you'd like any support or adjustments during the recruitment process, email us on [email protected]. We're here to help you shine.

2degrees. It's time for something different.
