Bei MetaFlow verantwortest du die fachliche Steuerung unserer Produktentwicklung – von der Rezeptur neuer Produkte bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung. Als zentrale Koordinationsstelle bringst du Rezeptierung, Zeitplan und Business Case zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Neuprodukte und unser Bestandsportfolio kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt werden.
Die Stelle
- GTM-Projektsteuerung: Du steuerst die Produktentwicklung neuer Produkte fachlich – von der Idee über Rezeptur und Verpackung bis zur Markteinführung – und bist zentrale Koordinationsstelle im Go-to-Market-Prozess.
- Business Case & Reporting: Du verantwortest die Umsetzung gemäß Business Case, hältst Zeitplan und Spezifikationen ein und reportest Status, Fortschritt und Risiken regelmäßig ans Management.
- Rezeptoptimierung im Bestand: Du steuerst Rezepturanpassungen bei bestehenden Produkten auf Basis von Markttrends, Kundenfeedback und Kostenoptimierung – in Abstimmung mit dem Head of Product.
- Schnittstellenkoordination: Du koordinierst die Umsetzung mit Lieferanten, Produktionspartnern und internen Fachbereichen wie Regulatory, Quality und Supply Chain.
- GTM-Prozessentwicklung: Du identifizierst Prozesslücken, wertest abgeschlossene Launches systematisch aus und entwickelst den GTM-Prozess aktiv weiter.
Das bringst Du idealerweise mit*
- Fundiertes Wissen in Produktentwicklung und Rezeptierung im FMCG- oder Lebensmittelumfeld, inkl. Rohstoffkunde und Formulierungsprinzipien
- Erfahrung in der Koordination bereichsübergreifender Entwicklungs- und Einführungsprojekte, z. B. im Rahmen von GTM-Prozessen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools sowie Erfahrung im Reporting auf Management-Ebene
- Ausgeprägte Koordinationsstärke und eine strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise – auch bei vielen parallelen Projekten
- Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau
