BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE ESTERO La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno dell'ufficio commerciale e si occuperà del supporto operativo alle attività di gestione ordini e assistenza alla rete vendita.
- redazione e archiviazione della documentazione commerciale;
- gestione delle transazioni in corso e dell'evasione degli ordini;
- inserimento dati e gestione delle attività amministrative di back office;
- supporto nella comunicazione tra azienda, clienti e forza vendita;
- gestione delle problematiche logistiche e monitoraggio delle spedizioni. La risorsa ideale è in possesso di Diploma o Laurea, preferibilmente ad indirizzo economico, e ha una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office, con particolare riferimento a Excel. Completano il profilo precisione, capacità organizzative, predisposizione al lavoro in team, proattività e buone doti comunicative. È previsto inserimento diretto in azienda con una RAL fino a 25/26K. Orario di lavoro: full time, 40 ore settimanali (08:00 - 12:30 / 13:00 - 16:30)
