Im Rahmen von vielfältigen Marktforschungsprojekten wie Markenstudien, Werbemitteltests, Kundenzufriedenheitsbefragungen, Befragungen zu unseren Online-Services und Lotterielosen und vielem mehr kannst Du einen breiten Einblick in die Welt der Marktforschung erhalten und am Erfolg unserer Soziallotterie mitarbeiten.
Tu, was du liebst
- Projektunterstützung: Unterstützung in allen Schritten eines Marktforschungsprojektes, vom Schreiben eines Projektbriefings bis zur Erstellung eines Ergebnisberichts.
- Befragungsmanagement: Erstellung, Versand und Monitoring von Online Befragungen über eine spezielle Befragungssoftware (kann leicht erlernt werden, keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich).
- Statistische Auswertung und Visualisierung: Statistische Analyse quantitativer Marktforschungsdaten inklusive Grafik- und Präsentationserstellung.
- Datenanalyse und Reporting: Inhaltliche Analyse der Marktforschungsergebnisse zur Erstellung von kommentierten Reports und Zusammenfassung der Kernergebnisse.
- Marktforschungsrecherche: Recherche relevanter Marktinformationen über Desk Research.
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld aus Marktforschung, Customer Experience, Media, Analytics, Sozialforschung und weiteren Abteilungen.
Zeig, was du kannst
- Du bringst eine analytische Denkweise mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit Zahlen.
- Du hast Spaß am Thema Marktforschung und eine Leidenschaft für empirische Analysen.
- Marktforschung ist ein Bestandteil deines Studiums.
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse der üblichen EDV-Programme (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Basiskenntnisse in der Anwendung statistischer Analyseprogramme (z. B. SPSS oder ähnliche Tools) sind wünschenswert.
- Du arbeitest teamorientiert und gleichzeitig selbständig.
- Du bist kommunikativ und hast eine offene Persönlichkeit.
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig und hast ein gutes Auge für Details.
- Du hast noch mindestens 1 bis 1,5 Jahre bis zum Studienabschluss.
