- 6-8 years of experience in service delivery management

Position Overview
As Service Delivery Manager, you will own end-to-end service delivery for integration and platform services, ensuring operational stability around the clock. This role places you at the heart of incident management, problem resolution, and change coordination. You'll lead critical incidents, drive root cause analysis, and act as backup to the Head of Global Integration Platform from an operations perspective. Your work will directly impact service availability and business continuity, making this a pivotal position within the operational team.
