Administrative Assistant - Entry level
Rentokil Initial have an exciting opportunity to hire an Administrative Assistant to support the Customer Service team based in Sydney. Based in our Lidcombe office, this full-time position is a crucial part of the Customer Service team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, providing phone and email customer service and support.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for tracking, classifying and retrieving files as required
- Utilise your customer service skills and carry out general office administration duties
- Have excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail (previous administrative experience will be favourable)
- Possess a sense of initiative (be able to work without constant supervision) but also be a team player with a helpful, courteous attitude
- Support the team and assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Be able to manage their time effectively and meet set work targets
- Have a positive 'can-do' attitude
