Role Purpose
The Partnerships & Clients Management Lead is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships while ensuring excellent relationship management with clients. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, strengthening institutional collaborations, enhancing client satisfaction, and positioning the organization as a trusted partner for high-impact programs and services.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships Development
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with government entities, corporates, universities, and strategic stakeholders.
- Build long-term alliances that create business opportunities, sponsorships, and collaborative programs.
- Negotiate partnership terms, MoUs, and commercial agreements in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners and opportunities.
- Represent the organization in meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary relationship manager for key clients and accounts.
- Build strong trust-based relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ensure timely responses to client needs, requests, and concerns.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop customized solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for clients and partners.
Program & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate internally with operations, training, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful execution of client projects.
- Ensure commitments made to partners and clients are delivered to the highest standards.
- Monitor ongoing projects and proactively resolve issues.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number and value of partnerships secured.
- Revenue generated from clients and partnerships.
- Client retention and satisfaction rate.
- Proposal conversion rate.
- Growth of strategic accounts.
- Number of new leads generated monthly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or client relations.
- Experience dealing with government entities and corporate clients is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
