WHERE YOU SIT As our Designer - Digital, you’ll be part of the Consumer & Brand department working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Brand Design & Identity. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow. WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE The Designer – Digital combines digitally focussed craft, art direction sensibility and a user first mindset to help shape how people experience the brand across our digital ecosystem. From ecommerce and social to CRM and paid media, you’ll design work that not only looks distinctive, but feels intuitive, relevant and easy to engage with. This role sits at the intersection of brand expression, UX thinking and commercial performance. You’ll be hands on in execution, learning how design decisions impact customer behaviour, experience and conversion—while building the foundations of your digital and UX capability CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES As our Designer - Digital, you will be responsible for:
  • Design and deliver digital-first assets across ecommerce, social, CRM and paid channels, balancing bold brand expression with clarity, usability and strong product storytelling
  • Translate creative direction into visually impactful, customer‑centred executions tailored to each platform and driven by hierarchy, interaction and narrative flow
  • Adapt and scale creative across formats and devices, ensuring consistency, accessibility and seamless user experience across all touchpoints
  • Support ecommerce and performance goals by creating intuitive journeys that help customers discover, understand and choose products
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Creative, Ecommerce, UX, Performance, Production) to build scalable digital toolkits and continuously improve design decisions through UX best practice and performance insight
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
  • Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
  • Strong foundational skills in digital visual design—layout, typography, colour and composition.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
  • An understanding of UX and customer centric design principles, such as hierarchy, clarity, responsiveness and ease of interaction.
  • Awareness of how digital design functions across ecommerce, social, CRM and paid environments.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity about how people use digital products, and a desire to improve work through iteration.
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback from creative, design, UX and commercial partners.
  • An interest in culture, fashion and how brands create meaningful digital experiences.
