Role Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Hindi Video Editor who can lead and guide our editing team while ensuring high-quality, engaging commercial video content. The role requires strong editing expertise, creative judgment, and hands-on experience with modern AI video-generation workflows.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Lead and guide video editors on editing style, quality standards, and execution.
• Create and supervise high-quality commercial and social-media videos.
• Help the team efficiently deliver 30+ reel like commercial videos per day.
• Review output and maintain consistency across videos.
• Understand briefs and convert concepts into engaging Hindi-first video content.
• Improve editing workflows, templates, and turnaround time.
• Use AI video-generation tools to accelerate production and experiment with new creative formats.
• Stay updated with social-media trends, editing styles, and AI video capabilities.
  

• 3 - 5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools such as OpenArt and Google Flow or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Hindi and English, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Experience creating commercial/performance marketing/social-media videos.
• Ability to mentor and provide creative direction to other editors.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with performance marketing or consumer internet products.
• Understanding of short-form video formats and social-media advertising.
• Experience building reusable templates and AI-assisted editing workflows.
