La risorsa si occuperà di: - Supporto alle altre figure dell'Ufficio Legale
- Tutela degli interessi di natura giuridica dell'impresa
- Segnalare all'impresa le opportunità, rischi e le ricadute aziendali correlati a nuove disposizioni e normative
- Fornire assistenza e consulenza legale alle unità organizzative
- Curare le controversie legali e contenziosi
- Redigere la contrattualistica nazionale ed internazionale
- Curare i rapporti con le amministrazioni e le istituzioni PRINCIPALI AREE DI ATTIVITA' E RESPONSABILITA':
Brevetti e marchi Recupero credito Impegni di riservatezza e NDA Contrattualistica Redazione lettere e comunicazioni formali Contenzioso giudiziale ed extragiudiziale Reclami clienti per difettosità prodotto (richiesta risarcimento danni) Consulenza **Requisiti**:
La risorsa ideale possiede pregressa esperienza in posizione analoga o una laurea in ambito giuridico, quindi da formare nella specifica mansione. Domicilio in Valle Sabbia e/o comuni limitrofi **Altre informazioni**:
