W Base naszą misją jest wspieranie przedsiębiorców w podbijaniu globalnego e-commerce. Jesteśmy jedną z najszybciej rozwijających się platform w branży – w ciągu ostatnich 3 lat urośliśmy 15-krotnie! Dostarczamy system all-in-one dla tysięcy sprzedawców, integrując ich z Amazon, eBay czy Shopify.

Ale technologia to nie wszystko. W tym zespole cenimy inżynierską rzetelność i ludzką przyzwoitość. Nie szukamy "Ninja" ani "Rockstara". Szukamy Partnera, któremu możemy zaufać.

Zarządzanie infrastrukturą, która obsługuje miliony zapytań, to rola wysokiego zaufania. Dlatego szukamy osoby o mocnym kręgosłupie moralnym.


Twój Stack Technologiczny

Pracujemy na solidnym, wydajnym stacku. Musisz go znać od podszewki

  • Core: Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Nginx (głęboki tuning i optymalizacja), PHP-FPM
  • Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM)
  • Data: MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
  • Observability: Datadog, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana)
  • IaC: Terraform / Ansible

Twoje zadania

  • Będziesz zarządzać uprawnieniami do infrastruktury. Oczekujemy pedantycznej dbałości o to, kto i dlaczego ma dostęp do serwerów
  • Wdrażanie koncepcji stabilnego działania usług w chmurze AWS, które wytrzymają nasz dynamiczny wzrost
  • Utrzymanie serwerów Unix/Linux – konfiguracja, aktualizacje i automatyzacja, z pełnym zrozumieniem tego, co dzieje się w systemie operacyjnym
  • Reagowanie na incydenty w oparciu o głęboką analizę logów (DD, Elastic). Szukanie przyczyn źródłowych (Root Cause Analysis), a nie tylko restartowanie usług
  • Wspieranie zespołów programistów, aby zapewnić ciągłą i płynną pracę systemu

 Czego oczekujemy?

  • Min. 4 lata doświadczenia: W roli DevOps/SysAdmin, w tym praktyka z AWS
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość chmury, ale popartej doświadczeniem w klasycznej administracji (mile widziana przeszłość w utrzymaniu serwerów fizycznych/Data Center)
  • Swobody w Linuxie: Terminal to Twoje naturalne środowisko pracy
  • Moralności i Odpowiedzialności: Podejście "Can Do" łączysz z odpowiedzialnością za powierzone "klucze do królestwa".
  • Pokorny wobec technologii: Wiesz, że każdy popełnia błędy, ale Ty wiesz jak to naprawić
  • Analizuje problem "360 stopni": Patrzysz na problem z każdej strony – bezpieczeństwa, wydajności i długofalowych skutków
  • Łączy chmurę z "metalem": Pracujemy na AWS, ale szukamy kogoś, kto rozumie fizyczną naturę serwera
  • Języka: Angielski min. B2 (pracujemy globalnie)

Mile widziane

  • Certyfikaty AWS (potwierdzające wiedzę)
  • Praktyczna znajomość Terraform
  • Znajomość Apache Kafka lub Cloudflare
  • Chęć rozwoju w kierunku agentowego DevOps (automatyzacja procesów)
