Buscamos un DevOps Sr. con nivel de inglés C1/C2, responsable de diseñar, gestionar y escalar infraestructura cloud en entornos AWS. Deberá contar con experiencia sólida en Cloud, DevOps e Infrastructure as Code con conocimientos en automatización de pipelines y despliegue de soluciones basadas en AI (Agentic AI).Se espera un perfil autónomo, orientado a estándares, seguridad y optimización de performance en workloads de alta exigencia.
Lo que puedes esperar de este rol (Responsabilidades)
Gestionar y escalar infraestructura cloud en múltiples proyectos asegurando cumplimiento de estándares organizacionales. Diseñar e implementar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) para garantizar consistencia entre entornos (dev, staging, producción).Automatizar pipelines CI/CD para: Código, Despliegue de modelos, Orquestación de agentes AI. Administrar y optimizar clusters Kubernetes (EKS). Implementar y gestionar contenedores con Docker. Configurar y mantener servicios AWS como EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS e IAM. Monitorear performance, disponibilidad y confiabilidad del sistema, con foco en Latencia, uso eficiente de recursos y Workloads AI de alto consumo. Implementar prácticas de automatización utilizando Terraform, CloudFormation y/o Ansible.Gestionar accesos, roles y políticas IAM asegurando cumplimiento de seguridad y compliance. Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y AI para optimizar procesos de deployment y operación de modelos.
Requisitos
Inglés avanzado C1/C2 (oral y escrito).+5 años de experiencia sólida trabajando con Amazon Web Services.+5 años de experiencia comprobable con EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM+5 años de experiencia en contenedores y orquestación; Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Experiencia diseñando y manteniendo pipelines CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI o Jenkins).+5 años de experiencia gestionando entornos productivos de alta disponibilidad.+3 años de experiencia en monitoreo y optimización de sistemas distribuidos.+5 años de experiencia gestionando accesos, roles y políticas IAM en AWS.
Deseables
Experiencia en herramientas de AI Ops como; MLflow o Lang Graph Conocimientos en observabilidad (logging, metrics, tracing).
