Industrial Designer
Job description
Key Tech is looking for an early-career Industrial Designer to join our multidisciplinary product development team in Baltimore, Maryland. We develop advanced technology products for medical, life science, and industrial clients, turning complex technical challenges into intuitive, meaningful user experiences.In this role, you’ll help transform research insights and technical requirements into compelling product concepts through sketching, visualization, CAD modeling, prototyping, and collaboration with designers, engineers, usability specialists, and clients. The work spans user research, concept development, product architecture, usability support, visual storytelling, and design refinement across a wide range of real-world products.
We’re seeking a curious, collaborative designer with strong foundational industrial design skills, a thoughtful portfolio, and a desire to grow in a consulting environment. If you’re excited about humanizing complex technology, working with fun people on meaningful projects, and building products that improve people’s lives, we’d love to see your portfolio and learn more about you.
