Deine Aufgaben
Eigenständige Betreuung fester Mandate
Vorkontierung und laufende Finanzbuchhaltung
Prüfung und Qualitätssicherung der Buchhaltung
Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater
Ansprechpartner:in für Mandanten bei buchhalterischen und steuerlichen Fragestellungen
Mit wachsender Erfahrung und je nach Profil:
Eigenständigere Übernahme von Abschlussvorarbeiten
Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern bei Mandaten
Ziel der Rolle: Struktur schaffen & Prozesse kontinuierlich verbessern
Neben der fachlichen Betreuung unserer Mandanten ist es ein wichtiges Ziel der Rolle, unsere internen Abläufe weiterzuentwickeln.

Bestehende Prozesse regelmäßig prüfen
Vereinfachungen im Arbeitsalltag identifizieren
Automatisierungspotenziale erkennen
Neue Abläufe strukturiert testen und einführen
Wir arbeiten mit digitalen und KI-gestützten Systemen, um Routinetätigkeiten zu reduzieren und die Qualität zu erhöhen.
Mit deiner praktischen Erfahrung hilfst du uns, diese Systeme sinnvoll einzusetzen und weiterzuentwickeln.
Was du mitbringst
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r
(Weiterbildung zum/zur Steuerfachwirt:in oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in willkommen)Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerkanzlei
Sicheres Fachwissen in der Finanzbuchhaltung
Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Mandantenbetreuung
Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung von Abschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Freude an klaren Prozessen und sauberer Arbeitsweise
Offenheit gegenüber digitalen Lösungen und neuen Arbeitsweisen
