(Senior) IT Product Owner Data Platform (m/w/d)

- Du analysierst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen interne und externe Anforderungen, entwickelst daraus tragfähige technische Lösungskonzepte und berätst die Stakeholder entlang des gesamten Anforderungsprozesses, von der Problemstellung bis zur Erstellung von User Stories.
- Du bewertest und priorisierst Anforderungen (Demands) hinsichtlich ihrer Dringlichkeit und ihres Nutzens und behältst dabei stets die Interessen der Stakeholder im Blick.
- Du koordinierst und führst fachlich unsere agilenDevOps-Teams, um eine effiziente und zielgerichtete Umsetzung sicherzustellen.
- Du verantwortest den Erfolg der umzusetzenden Anforderungen in Bezug auf Umfang, Aufwand, Zeit und Qualität und leitest bei Bedarf geeignete Maßnahmen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team und den Anforderern ein.
- Du gestaltest aktiv die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Digitalisierung der OXG IT-Landschaft sowie der zugrunde liegenden Geschäftsprozesse mit.
Wann passt Du zu uns?
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, IT -Projektmanager:in oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise mit abgeschlossenem Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlichem.
- Umfassendes Wissen in Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Datenmodellen, ETL-Prozessen und der Analyse und Verarbeitung großer Datenmengen in Cloud-Umgebungen (AWS)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und Tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, gepaart mit technischem Verständnis für Datenflüsse, Schnittstellen und idealerweise SQL/Python-Kenntnissen.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, du kannst komplexe Inhalte klar und zielgruppengerecht vermitteln, Erwartungen aktiv managen und fundierte Entscheidungsvorlagen erstellen.
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Selbstorganisation und Engagement, du arbeitest strukturiert, strategisch und mit Blick fürs Wesentliche, auf Deutsch wie auf Englisch (verhandlungssicher).
