Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest unsere Webseite und sorgst dafür, dass sie immer frisch und einladend wirkt
- Du steuerst unsere Social-Media-Kanäle und entwickelst eine Content-Strategie, die hängen bleibt
- Du planst und verantwortest Werbemaßnahmen – online, print, sponsoring – und triffst dabei eigenständig Budget- und Prioritätsentscheidungen
- Du organisierst und leitest unsere Werbe- und Kundenveranstaltungen – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung vor Ort
- Du wählst Giveaways aus und gestaltest sie, über die sich unsere Kunden wirklich freuen
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Corporate Design überall sitzt – von der Webseite bis zur Teamkleidung – und entwickelst es weiter
- Du bringst frische Ideen für neue Themen und Projekte ins Team ein und gibst deine Erfahrung an Kolleginnen und Kollegen weiter
- Du schreibst Newsletter, die unsere Kunden wirklich gerne öffnen
- Du treibst in Zusammenarbeit mit HR den Aufbau unserer Arbeitgebermarke voran
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in der IT- oder ähnlichen Branchen
- Begeisterung für IT, KI und Social Media
- Kreativität und ein gutes Auge für starke Bilder und Designs
- Erfahrung im souveränen Einsatz von KI-Tools im Marketing-Alltag
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten – auch gegenüber Kunden und Geschäftsführung
- Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, Projekte eigenständig von A bis Z zu verantworten
- Sehr gute Selbstorganisation und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Struktur, auch wenn mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig laufen
- Grafikdesign-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
